Nesowadnehunk Lake Wilderness Campground is located on the Western side of Baxter State Park, we are located north of picturesque Mt. Katahdin. We are surrounded in natural beauty. Picture yourself standing on the edge of a crystal clear lake. The sun is going down behind you, the mountains across the lake have an orange glow and a snowy white moon is slowly rising above them. A loon cries out and native brook trout wildly splash the surface of the water. A little bit of heaven on earth? We think so!
